Let’s face it, there’s a lot of money to be made from forex trading if you know where to go, what to do and what to study. The reason many people aren’t making any decent headway with their forex trading is because they are often confused by the many so-called experts who just advise them wrongly and take their money. You can make some income online trading forex. But this doesn’t mean that you should quit your day job right away. If you are a beginner forex trader looking to just start making some income from forex trading, do not just quit your job, just yet. Make it work first and consistently make more profits than losses from your trades. When you get to this point, then you can easily quit your day job and focus on forex trading. To earn some income from forex trading, here are a few tips to follow:

1.    Find the Right Methods
There are many forex trading methods in the market. Most are useless and rehash copies of others, while a few are very useful and to the point. To find the right methods, join forex trading forums and ask for people’s help on the forums. One thing you ought to know is that it is often better to hear from the horses’ mouth than from the salesman’s mouth. So, ask them. Most forum members are typically averse to shady and useless products and will only recommend that which is really good and useful tom you.

2.    Demo Trade For 6 Months
When you find the forex trading method you will like to adopt (avoid using more than 2 methods because you will get confused), follow their teaching and using their methods and principles, demo trade for 6 months. Don’t get me wrong, some people have been known to get the hang of it in 2-3 months. But we’re all different; moreover, research has shown that even without being very smart, 6 months of demo trading can be very effective and can help you make more profits when you eventually start trading properly using real funds.

3.    Ask for Advice from Seasoned Veterans
By seasoned veterans, I do not mean the “gurus” who charge ridiculously huge amounts of money to give you advice. Just join communities where there are seasoned forex traders who are consistently making money and ask for their input. If you have anything bugging you, or need some clarifications, talk to them. You will be surprised at how eager most of them are to help.

4.    Learn All You can
Lastly, learn all that you can, practice them if you are sure of them and you will soon join the league of successful forex traders. Most people dont know this, but forex trading is more about persistence and discipline than anything else. If you learn a lot, persist and discipline yourself to follow proven methods and principles, you will do well, guaranteed.
